Payment

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

2. We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to sender.

3. We do not accept payment in cash.

4. Gift cards and prepaid cards are accepted where applicable. Please retain the card until transaction is completed.

Sales Tax
All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Please note: If you are a reseller in California and you wish for Final Playoff to remove your sale tax from your purchase, please contact us to receive a copy of the Reseller Permit form. The form must be completed and submitted back to us for approval before sale taxes can be removed.

Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct telephone/ contact number is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Shipping Policy
FinalPlayoff.com will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. At times we will need to contact the customer to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number is provided on your invoice. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.

Shipping Methods
Orders require 2 business days for processing (subject to conditions). Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only.

1. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).

2. USPS Priority Mail (for APO, FPO, VI, GU address)

3. Free Standard Shipping (for deliveries to US 48 continental states) with the purchase of $99 dollars worth of products per single order(cannot be combined with other offers).

4. International Shipping (Please read our International policy below).

Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
Orders are to be processed within approximately two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. FinalPlayoff.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday) including air shipment. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Undeliverable/Insufficient Addresses
We are not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses. Only after the order is returned to us, can a refund be issued to the customer for the products ordered on our site. All shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the invoiced refund to all undeliverable packages returned to us. Before placing an order please check to make sure you are using the correct address.

To cancel your order, please use our contact us page from Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm PST) for further assistance. Please note on special order items: If your order is processed, request for cancellation may not be guaranteed.

Return policy
Final Playoff offers a 14 days return policy (from the date of receipt) for store credit only. We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. For proper processing your return package, please make sure to have your Return Authorization Number (RMA number) visible on the outside of the shipping package (see below for return procedures). We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier. We will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided (see below for return procedure for details). Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in open or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: broken manufacture seal, torn / opened clear plastic wrap) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.

Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us through our Internal customer email system Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm PST). Please state the reason for your return when requesting an RMA number. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package.

Return Disclaimer
All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a 15% restock fee in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.

International Order Policy
We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Finalplayoff.com will NOT be responsible for any Custom tax/duties cost and fees.

Other Shipping Information and Policy
To ensure proper delivery of your package, please make sure to enter the correct recipient’s full name and shipping address. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information.

If any of the following occurs:

1. The customer refuses to accept the package

2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package

3. No transit or delivery update

FinalPlayoff.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund or compensation. We do not accept any customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will follow our return policy accordingly (see above Return Policy).

Viewing Orders
To view your order history for updates or shipping status please log into your My Account page.

 

1. Click on Account link located at the top of the page to the right which will load a dropdown menu.

2. From the dropdown menu click on "log in" to enter your email address and password to be directed to your account dashboard.

3. Once in the My Account dashboard select "My Orders" from the left hand menu to view a list of your order history.

Updating Account Information
To update your account information such as billing, shipping and password please log into your My Account page.

 

1. Click on Account link located at the top of the page to the right which will load a dropdown menu.

2. From the dropdown menu click on "log in" to enter your email address and password to be directed to your account dashboard.

3. Once in the My Account dashboard select "Account Information" from the left hand menu to view a list of settings that can be updated from the dashboard.
